Join us for our first textured hair workshop, where we will learn to style, care for and celebrate curly, coily, and kinky hair of types!

The event will be held at Gordan Neighborhood House in in Vancouver, BC.

We will discuss the history of our hair, styling basics, and refreshments will be provided.

This workshop will be led by Michelle St. Hill owner of Eddie and Ev Salon in Vancouver, BC.

Michelle began her career with a three-year apprenticeship, in the UK - She says, “I know what it is to start at the bottom and work your way up.”

Michelle was a Technical Consultant/Educator with Soft Sheen Products at 22 and a salon owner at 23 in the UK. As a Professional Stylist she has always made a concerted effort to attend all of the continued training that her professional community has to offer but has found that there is a void when it comes to texture. She finds that she is frequently asked if she's interested in consulting and has never passed on exploring the opportunities presented or sharing the knowledge gained.

Michelle opened Eddie & Ev, the salon in November 2016 and it is her goal to make the salon a home for the celebration of hair as it grows and a place of knowledge for the people who want the freedom to make their own choices and not be judged.

She holds international and national certification most importantly from : London City and Guilds, Ontario Hairdressing and British Columbia's Allied Beauty Association
