This is an opportunity for Black women, Indigenous women, women of colour, two-spirit, and racialized non-binary individuals to come for a gentle Hatha Vinyasa yoga practice and community gathering in a space where you can show up as you are.

This is a series of FREE yoga sessions that will be offered twice a month throughout 2021. This will be a 45 minute to 1 hour guided yoga and meditation practice led by Shayla Stonechild followed with a sharing circle where we will each have the opportunity to introduce ourselves and share what we wish. The sharing circle is informal and a means to build community. These both will take place online through zoom video conferencing.

During January to April we will be exploring each month a direction of the Medicine Wheel. In January we will start in the East with mental wellness. In February we will explore emotional wellness. In March we will move through to our physical well being and lastly we will end with our Spiritual well being.
