Jessica is passionate about helping others reach their highest career and personal life potential. Her passion also extends deeper to supporting immigrants and international students through their career and life journey in Canada addressing areas in career transitioning and change, job seeking, culture assimilation, trauma, anxiety, stress, and relationships.
She takes a holistic, client-centered approach to her practice. As a Chartered Professional in Human Resources and a Career Development Practitioner- she works through life barriers that prevent her clients from enjoying the beauty in their everyday lives and career blockades that challenge them from seeking and obtaining gainful employment by collaboratively working on the needs identified by her clients first, then diving fully into an engaged, action plan.
In essence, Jessica becomes her client's career and/or life ally. Partnering with each other as they jointly work through all life and career crossroads; through interactive workshops, daily exercises centered around personalized skills, identifying strengths, labor market research, targeted resume and cover letter building, career and life planning, and job search techniques.
Jessica's ultimate goal is to have each client move from being stuck with no life or career direction to having clarity, a vision, and an actionable road map to attain all their life and career aspirations.
