Career Planning

Empowering Women for Career Success

At SNIWWOC, we believe that career planning is not just about finding a job—it is a critical component of mental health and well-being. When work and life align with personal needs, individuals can thrive. Using a reproductive justice framework, we recognize that without adequate income and healthcare, many women face barriers to achieving stability and security for themselves and their families.

Our Career Planning Program supports racialized women, including newcomers, in navigating their career paths, adapting skills to the Canadian job market, and securing meaningful employment opportunities.
