Healing Nutrition: Traditional alternatives for a healthier you

Well be event September.png

Join us on September 16 (Thursday), 2021 1:00 pm PDT, for the first session in our Healing Nutrition series with the amazing WellBe Nutritionist (@ hello.wellbe), where we will be focusing on Eating on the Go: Quick, Cheap & Healthy!

Holistic nutrition approaches health and wellness from a whole person perspective using nutritional education as a tool to help empower patients to feel better inside out. The impact of diet and nutrition on health is not a new science or topic. It is well known that eating healthy, nutrient-rich foods can help every medical condition. Nutritional healing is simply giving yourself the best possible intake of nutrients to allow your body to be as healthy as possible and to work as well as it can.

Sabrina Virdee, Holistic Nutritionist

With a strong belief that our relationship with food goes beyond filling our bellies and breaking sweat, Sabrina will help you become a stronger, healthier you! Through her personal experience with digestive and immune issues, Sabrina has learned that every patient is different; there isn’t a one-size-fits-all regimen for getting you feeling your best. Sabrina looks forward to helping parents and families stay healthy, feel happy and be well.

Dr Mallory Reinthaler, ND

Though Dr. Mallory treats a wide variety of health conditions, she has a special interest in family wellness, particularly paediatrics, prenatal care and fertility. She firmly believes there is a place for both traditional and alternative medicine to coexist and collaborate to create the best possible care for the patient. What makes Dr. Mallory stand out in her craft, is her first-hand understanding of the valuable role a naturopath can play in a patient’s life.
