Join us for a series of FREE yoga sessions followed by a sharing circle led by Rose Cortez from February – April 2022. We welcome our facilitator Rose Cortez to lead the sessions.
These sessions will consist of a 45 minute guided yoga practice accessible to many bodies led by Rose Cortez, followed by a sharing circle where we will all have a chance to introduce ourselves, share what we feel called to share and connect to the teachings of each session. The sharing circle is informal, it is a space where we can explore different themes connected to holistic healing and build community. These sessions will take place online through Zoom.
